Sales Service Executive

This position is based in Chicago, will play an important role in the success of the Univision Sales team. The Sales Service Executive will be a critical member on the ad sales team and will assist the Account Executives in the development and execution of cross-platform media plans that meet advertiser objectives and drive ad sales revenue across Univision’s television, digital, social, experiential and radio properties.   The role will interface with several departments internally as well as clients to ensure fulfillment of sponsorship programs and customized marketing initiatives agreed upon by the client.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and revise sales proposals
  • Supervise, train, and mentor Sales Coordinators to ensure execution of plans
  • Develop/maintain client profiles and assisting with research of clients and industries
  • Project manages integration plans with Partner Solutions and other departments to ideate and design integration strategies for both linear and digital properties
  • Attend sales calls & internal brainstorming sessions
  • Serve as a day Day-to-day liaison with agency assistants/buyers for any plan changes
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of all client campaign strategies, brand messaging, and integration expectations 
  • Provide creative ideas to maintain innovative integration standards
  • Produce sales documentation (upfront/scatter order letters, etc.)
  • Coordinate all sponsorship execution/fulfilment – on-site/ integration/production/legal
  • Cover for Account Executives’ with Agency and internal communication
  • Negotiate scatter deals as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by manager 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of one year experience in Media or agency; 2-3 years sales experience in related field or industry
  • A positive, service-oriented and success-driven attitude with special attention to teamwork.
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with tight turnarounds
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail, process management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong fluency in English and Spanish

  • Must be willing to work from offices in New York, NY
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
